customer information is protected on our secure servers, and we use the latest
SSL encryption to protect your information from unauthorized use. You'll know
you're secure when you browse our site and see the small padlock icon at the
bottom of most browsers, which will appear whenever a secure connection is

What are my payment
options?
We offer a variety of
credit card options for you to choose from: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card,
American Express and Pay Pal.
You will be required to select a payment
option when setting up an account or when making an online purchase. Regardless
of the method you choose, you will be required to enter your billing address in
the supplied fields. This information must be supplied exactly as it appears on
your credit card statement.
do I have to pay sales
tax?
If you are a resident
of California or if you are having products shipped to a California address, you
have to pay 8.25% sales tax on all purchases. If you are outside of California
your orders are tax free.
Shipping
Policy
- Shipping is calculated by item size
and weight.

States. No international orders.
- Items will ship either USPS or
FedEx
- Most orders shipped within 24-48
hours - weekends and holidays excluded
- FedEx does not pick up or deliver
packages on weekends or holidays
- Please allow 5-7 business days for
ground shipping within the continental US
- Items ordered together may ship
separately
- All APO and FPO addresses must be
shipped via USPS Parcel Post

Returning
or Exchanging an Item to Salt
Nation

In the rare event the
merchandise that we shipped you is defective or is the wrong item, you must
contact our support center: Returns.
We will then issue you a return authorization number and the address to ship the
merchandise back to. You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to
return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, in
original condition, and is returned in the original packaging container.
It is the sole
responsibility of the consumer to insure that the merchandise be packaged for
shipment in a manner as to protect it from possible shipping damages. In the
event a product is returned damaged, no credit will be issued. A copy of your
original email invoice must be included in the box with the returned
merchandise. Please indicate on the invoice whether you would like credit or an
exchange for a different item.
Salt Nation strongly
recommends that you use a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx for return
shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. Salt
Nation is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Upon Salt Nation's
receipt of return, you will be issued a credit to the credit card used for
purchase or an exchange within 3-5 business days. Please refer to the individual
item customer service numbers on your original email receipt.
